Auto insurance won’t cover rape

Updating our story of Mar. 27-28, 2002: the Colorado Supreme Court by a 4-3 margin has reversed lower court decisions that ordered State Farm to pay auto insurance benefits to a woman who was kidnapped and raped in her car.
