  • As a half-Dane myself, I’d warn anyone caught up in enthusiastic support and willing to patronize the Danish food shop in particular to really, really watch out for that bright blue, marinated, pickled herring.

  • I just bought a few pounds of Danish cheese and Salami last night. Wonderful tasting stuff.

  • there is nothing wrong to say or draw whatever you want/feel/need … and the Danish newspaper have all right to publish any thing …. so any one who don’t like that let him go to hell …. by the way i’m arabic person and live in my homeland IRAQ and i support DENMARK and the danish people and i will buy anything made in DENMARK (this beautiful country) that i will find it in the markets …. in the end i wish all success to DENMARK (country and people).

  • I normally buy Scottish/British produce but will be buying some Danish stuff now to show my support in the face of intolerant Islamicists

  • Hey Islam…If you dont like the cartoon dont read it!!! I am so glad Denmark has stood up for its values. I wonder how many cartoons in the middle east have been created about the destroying the west and the rest of Europe. DONT BACK DOWN!!!

  • Go to http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/freespeech1 to sign a petition in support of Denmark.

  • Update: U.K. Commons revolt on bill curbing religious speech

Civil libertarians take a stand in Britain: by single-vote margins, the House of Commons has surprisingly voted to water down significantly the bill introduced by the Blair government to attach legal penalties to various types…

  • Last night I went out and had a nice dinner of pork chops. I paid for it with the money I usually send once a year to a small hospital in the Gaza Strip.

Brash? Offensive?…yes, and even more so if you consider this is how I feel in my heart. I had enough. I will not feed or help the hand of the threats my way of life and the freedoms in my country.

  • As an American I am used to ” anti-American cartoons” As of yet we have not burned anything over a cartoon. Who is the Great Satan Now? Repress your own Media, In the west we have fought wars for the freedom to think.

  • Here’s my dinner tonight: Danish Ham, Potatoes & Danish Cheese Carlsberg Beer, Danish Butter Cookies for dessert

I may get really fat standing up for Denmark, but, by God, that’s a price I’m willing to pay.

  • Show your support for Danish Freedom of Expression, take a look at this:

  • I will certainly be buying as many Danish goods as I can and so will the rest of my family. We are at a crossroads in the world and if we don’t defend our culture now there will not be a second chance. These people have got the bit between their teeth and will not let go. We need to let them know we are stronger.

  • Danish flags

How did Middle East protesters lay their hands on so many of them? Turns out it was just the free market at work. Seriously, remember to support Denmark in the principle of free speech –…

  • Im Danish, living i denmark, and this whole ridiculous boycot are already causing my fellow danes a lot of problems…
Workers are fired from our factorys here every day, because we cannot sell our products in the middle east anymore… Its VERY heartwarming to see how you all support Denmark in defending the freedom of speech in the western world, as well as supporting danish products!
Thank you very much, on behalf of myself and my fellow danes!

  • God Bless Denmark
that suffers now for free speach.
i am proud of you and will look to buy Danish food

  • Take a look at this site: http://www.isupportdenmark.com

  • As a Swede living in Malmö (just a bridge from Denmark) it feels very surreal to find our nice neighbour “under siege”.
However, I will do all I can to choose Danish products until this hole mess is sorted out. “Protesting by eating good stuff” is a nice way to help.

  • I am an American. I support Denmark!!!!!!! I’m going to buy Danish cookies and a little Lego set tomarrow. And I don’t play with Legos. But, this is important.

    To the Danish:
Stand up and don’t let anyone rule you. USA loves Denmark.

    I SUPPORT DENMARK!!!!

  • Why they aren’t running the cartoons

The Boston Phoenix (“World of Pain”, Feb. 9) tells readers that “frankly, the primary reason” it isn’t going to run the Danish Muhammed cartoons:Out of fear of retaliation from the international brotherhood of radical and…

  • Hi all supporters in the world. Thank you very much for your help. I hope that the muslim Immans, which had a good life in Denmark for the last 20-30 years and now have betrade the danish people and the danish muslims with their lies, will feel the boycott to. All free and democratic people please stand together.

  • Sammenhold

It means “solidarity” in Danish, and specifically solidarity with the endangered liberties of Denmark, where not only the “Mohammed” cartoonists but even some of their family members now live in hiding. (Andrew Sullivan; Michelle Malkin,…

  • What is SAMMENHOLD?

By now, many of you know the meaning of the word "sammenhold."  For those of you you do not, I’ll let the words of the High Priestess of Sammenhold speak for themselves:
