The attorney&#039;s work resulted in a $1.25 billion settlement. He&#039;s asking for $4 million dollars.

If I were the times, I would focus on the legal fees in cases where lawyer&#039;s fees are many times larger than the damages awarded, like this one (approximately $50,000 damages, I estimate close to a $1 million in legal fees):
