since the number of smokers is declining i dont see nicotine “spiking” as a big deal. But what about fat and sugar spiking. Turn those krispy kremes or beef jerkies over to one of Public Citizens labs and I think youll find that those food processors spiked their food products to get us hooked on junk food.
