I actually left the US after a shareholder/employee tried to steal my company by sueing me and locking me out of the bank accounts and offices. Aren't these guys doing us all a favor by retarding potential further bad behavior by the Big Bad Public Company?!?! Can't I trust these guys? After all they were certified as class counsel by an important Federal Judge!! For the first3 years I got one of these notices, I filled out the form and sent it in, just to see how much of a check I got. The biggest one was $6.32. Class counsel fees? TWENTY-TWO MILLION. Thank you for your tireless work on my behalf. You and your goo-goo friends inside the SEC enforcement office. So what’s the complaint??!?!?
