So THAT is how business get approved. I am sure there are some payouts. SBA would be more effective sending out checks randomly and cheaper too. I get echos of Ronald Reagans “Government is the problem not the solution” speach in my head everytime I see things like this. Make America great again, fire and bureaucrat and a lawyer every day.
