So THAT is how business get approved.  I am sure there are some payouts.  SBA would be more effective sending out checks randomly and cheaper too.  I get echos of Ronald Reagans &quot;Government is the problem not the solution&quot; speach in my head everytime I see things like this.  Make America great again, fire and bureaucrat and a lawyer every day.
