I also like how he&#039;s telling folks that he probably contracted TB while giving aid to those poor Vietnamese orphans.

Plus, his father&#039;s prepaid legal practice has been irreversibly damaged from all the negative publicity?

This sounds like he&#039;s laying the groundwork for a future suit, which will no doubt tarnish his reputation further.

That said, I fail to see how those Canadian passengers have a cause of action if they didn&#039;t actually contract a disease from the guy.
