First time I’d seen that striking quote from Lerach: “If they want to go to the gallows in front of a Houston jury, they can be my guest.”
Awesome title for a great article, although “Extortion Rebuked/Rejected/Dismissed”would have worked too. That Lerach headed it all up is all the better….
