Considering cases like the one attempting to lay fault on an auto manufacturer for an abduction and murder committed while the victim was changing a flat tire, the list of possible illegitimate claims must be really small. But then, "illegitimate" doesn't necessarily mean "patently absurd" does it? It’s about time though I wonder.
