		<description>I really enjoyed Ted&#039;s post on how random distributions of claiming will non-the-less lead to some concentration of effect. Ted assumes a uniform distribution of claims. If claims are concentrated by specialty, then of course there will be even more concentration of effect. There is another factor, awards are not uniform. Have 5 multi-million dollar awards, and there will be a concentration of effect to the 5 defendants.
