Regarding the city of Santa Monica case, it’s horrible that the people were killed there, but if there’s a finding that they should’ve installed street barriers, well, the Santa Monica airport is nearby, and those little planes crash more than commercial ones…does this mean they should also put up a roof cage over the farmer’s market streets?
