“She spent money on the bona fide chance that she might win more money. In short, she gambled.” Was the judge referring to the plaintiff’s activities in the casino or the courtroom?
Both. She just couldn’t keep away from one last roll of the dice.
And I am sure that if she had won the big jackpot, she would have given the money back, seeing as how she should have been kept out of the casinos.
