My father, who practiced medicine in the pre- and post- law suit industry days said it would never be done because it would expose exactly how much of our current health care costs are caused by the sue - ers. I would imagine they are covered by the government with some kind of liability insurance then right? It's just an interesting thought to the heath care proposal of Obama.
