I know for a fact that Walmart and Target are still selling kids’ bikes and helmets. I was just at both within the past couple days. Does this mean they’re going to get fined up the wazoo? Only if they get caught. Will they get caught? Only if the attorney general steps into one of those stores, I would assume?
