Go Malcolm! Yesterday I saw youth ATVs for ages 8+ years for sale at my local Costco. What’s up wih that?
I also read the CPSCs 24 page reply to Rep. Dingell which is the first thing that has made any sense on this subject.
Sad that by the time they sort this out it may be too late for small businesses and retailers. Heck, it is probably already too late.
Malcolm has been my hero for nearly 40 years. This piece of ….legislation is the most poorly thought-out that has ever come to my attention. I have raised 2 boys on motorcycles from age 5 up – we all still ride and I hope their kids will have the same opportunity. You go, Malcolm – we’re all behind you!!
