		<description>Hmmmm . . . what about using the Americans with Disabilities Act to claim that the CPSIA discriminates against disabled workers, such as those at Goodwill?
Seems like a concept, as the ADA has been used (misused/abused?) in the past to attempt to override laws  like trucking and airplane safety laws.</description>

		<description>I wish the best for a used children&#039;s products exemption to CPSIA.  Protection for a poor child from a winter wind is a worthy goal. But case-by-case exemptions do not solve the basic problem of emotionally driven witch-doctor legislation. Mighty efforts and vast expenditures are mustered to eliminate risks that are non existent.</description>
