Odd occupation, but interesting concept.
Interesting, those professionals, such as attorneys, who take public defending cases at either a set amount per case or a small amount an hour, will make less than that an hour than those with mandatory per hour wage. But yes, in the end it will debased and the cycle will continue. Eventually, professionals will make it up.
