While we all know that these greedy real-estate “investors” were so convinced that prices will only go UP UP UP that they never read the fine print….it sure seems significant to me, and they should be required to uphold the contract the way it appears.
An insignificant error would be more along the lines of a misspelling of a person’s name, etc.
Am I wrong in thinking that the Parole Evidence Rule prevents the introduction of evidence as to the intended meaning of the contract?
