		<description>With regard to the school girl story, obviously we&#039;re limited to what the newspaper report contains. But do schools have an obligation to put a stop to chronic harassment of a student? I honestly don&#039;t know the answer since I&#039;m not a lawyer. If they do, this one seems pretty simple.</description>
