		<description>That Des Moines Register piece doesn&#039;t really justify its headline or lede.  The harassment went beyond the Seinfeld joke to include unwanted physical contact; even if the employer was humorless about the repetition of the Seinfeld gag (which was an excuse for the flirting), the employee wasn&#039;t fired until he violated a second warning.</description>
