  • I had to read that twice before I figured out that it wasn’t the police charging the whacked out shooter for the damage he caused.
That broad has a lot of gaul. Her city and neighbors ought to be seeking redress from her husband now.

  • Maybe it’s for not killing him so she can collect on the insurance.

  • The only thing she’s going to get is a whalloping big lawyer’s bill. I doubt it was taken on contingency, so it’s just a lawyer looking for easy money and free publicity.

Anyway, she’s reduced the claim all the way down to just the $250 for medical expenses, and she has a separate claim seeking $759 for bullet holes in various places. Please do the right thing and give this latest news the same prominence you gave the original article.

She must be gunning for insurance money, or something. I can’t think of any other reason she’d be so insistent on getting an “admission of guilt” via a settlement, any settlement, out of the city.

  • “Greenleaf kept intact a separate claim seeking $759 for bullet holes in a window, walls and closet doors that she alleges were made by SWAT officers returning fire at her husband.”
So she would have been happier if they had hit their intended target… her husband.
