		<description>If the Russian organization actually works to protect the interests of copyright owners I could see this as being a valid exercise.  Used to be copyrights had to be registered in the US and afaik that wasn&#039;t free.

However, I somehow doubt that this organization actually does all that much to fight piracy and other activities anemical to artists.</description>
