What the employment lawyers don’t mention is that any employee who accepts his boss’s friend request is an absolute idiot.

It’s not nice to disparage clients.

I’ll second Patrick. Pretty much my rule is if we work together at our current location/same department we don’t need to be friends.

It was nice being about to get the scoop on the new boss via her facebook when I started. If companies can do it so can I.
