well, as you saw me on the subject of the civil gideon i basically sympathize with the body of the message, but 1) i don’t think that message is by accident, and 2) off the cuff remarks are one thing, but taking the time to write it in a letter is another. the Governator should be above that and its sad he isn’t.
Doesn’t Justice Scalia write his opinions in pentameter?
Todd, i can’t tell you, but i know there is a judge who likes to make his opinions rhyme.
