His “legal theory” is infringing on his right to pursue happiness. If you’re suing on that theory, wouldn’t your first targets be organizations like the IRS? Reading about this guy, Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft sound like his only *sources* of happiness.
Seems to me that he’d be real happy if he could get a couple of million dollars out of them.
