Mr. Teachout eloquently sets forth the politically correct take on Holmes eugenic opinion with respect to Carrie Buck.
But how does Mr. Teachout’s philosophy square with the observation that women knowingly carrying Down’s Syndrome fetus choose to terminate their pregnancies over 90% of the time? Are these women sinful?
