I think that was something to do with not being able to sue God without His permission or somesuch.

The algae part of the complaint is rather ridiculous.

That being said, another part of the complaint alleges that the zoo’s insurance company agreed to pick up the tag for the medical care and despite having submitted bills and information in a timely manner, the insurance company has not paid anything.
