Yes. Yes they should. And they should tell the jurors that also.

Timely post. The American Association for Justice is holding its “Weekend with the Stars” in NYC starting Friday, Dec. 11. (Using CLE as an excuse for Christmas shopping in Manhattan, and who can blame them.)
