Does this mean the “reasonable” person is dead, stabbed thru the heart.

Obviously the problem is that we don’t have enough laws controlling everything we say and do. However this law should go a long way towards rectifying this.

Dr Hirigoyen suggested that recordings of phone calls could be used as evidence – along with medical and psychiatric assessments.
