Dear Penthouse,
You’re never going to believe this, but I was laying in my cell when…..
In the event that he were to win his suit, wouldn’t he then have to sue the prison to get them to allow him to receive Penthouse? My understanding is that such publications are not allowed.
What ever happend to “We reserve the right to refuse service”?
