How about focusing on murderers and robbers?
Just a suggestion LAPD…
This is pure harassment since the vendors appear to have all their permits in place, and it smells of corruption.
Going after felons including LA’s gang problem as Frogfucius suggests is too difficult. It is easier to target a taco truck and interfere with the owner’s livelihood by writing the proprietor a ticket for a bogus charge. After all, the cops get paid the same whether they are rounding up murderous gang members trafficking in drugs, or writing bogus tickets. A taco truck proprietor should not have to pay graft to be left alone by the cops.
