Define “children”.

Men or women who have not achieved majority. Thus the individual may for purposes under the appropriate law run from 16 through death. Please consult relative law.

It would be useful to have a book in which words are written, along with their definitions. Do you think there would be a market for such a volume?

The CPSC manual reads like (a poor imitation of) the classic Dissertation upon Roast Pig. However, the latter was intended to be humorous.
