And then demands attorneys fees over unjustified litigation; the dispute was over a parking ticket issued to one of its own departments which it wrongly presumed to be legally independent. makes me think of that episode on south park with the Sexual Harrassment Panda. at one point, they announced the lawsuit of everybody v. everybody, with Kyle’s dad as both sides’ lawyer.
