i never even understood the term.
Like when i was a kid, bullying was beating a kid up for his lunch money. or giving a kid a swirly because it was funny.
so how does that even translate into just words?
Laws that infringe on the right to free speech can be used to prohibit someone from exercising their right to free speech?
Huh.
