  • mmm, I always thought that yoo hoo was advertised as being good for you, i mean actually saying it was good for you. now none of that is in the article, so maybe my memory is wrong, but if my memory is right that would cast the case in a different light.

    But then I never drank the stuff because it tasted nasty to me, so i didn’t pay a whole lot of attention to it, either.

    and at the same time, absurd twising of the wording advertisements is the rule of the day in this area of law. the other day a porche hybrid SUV advertised that you can go up to 37 mph without engaging the gas engine. they were required to change it because they were afraid people would interpret it to mean that you could drive under 37 mph forever without gassing up or recharge.
