Now if he proposed to shutter the Illinois state government, that would be a winning ticket!

A good idea. The US doesn’t really need 70% of the world’s lawyers, does it? Not enough actual prey, they get hungry and start causing problems with stupid actions, just to eat.
This is why, after being a regular mior contributor to my law school (in Illinois!) for years, I have recently stopped giving.
