Indeed, but who has the greater tort.
It’s nice to know the US as no monopoly on loons.
A uniform UK law might help him. There are British cities in which it is fully legal to walk around nude, London among them.
He shoud be rebuffed.
He could just buy up the land, a “buffer” zone if you will.
