Mutiny of the figurehead? One of the two lead plaintiffs in a computer-printer class action says he wasn’t adequately told what he was agreeing to, and is now objecting to the settlement.   • I’m not sure it is a great idea to reveal the name of a client who has contacted you for representation. I’m not sure about this. But it does not feel right.
