Back when I was a municipal bus driver they taught us the first thing you do if you get a collision and get out to check on the other parties is lock the door to prevent people jumping on and filing fraudulent claims.

My brother has hours of these fake slip and falls from a leading discount chain.

These are professional criminals working hand in hand (and coached by) sleazy TV ad lawyers.

yup, the store should have known it is possible to slip on the floor given the right substance is spread on it in the correct place for any reason, therefore they’re liable even if said substance is placed there deliberately by plaintiff in order to cause an accident to herself.
