It is nightmarish to consider that it is illegal for a high tech American company to seek investments inside the US, due to democrat party hyper-regulation.

Alternatively, maybe it is a bad idea to allow foreigners to invest in companies they know nothing about because the company refuses to provide information on their company. I don’t begrudge Facebook for not disclosing the information but, in that case, you probably should not be offering your stock to what is essentially the general public.

Is that really overregulation? Was President Bush trying to change this rule?
