Humiliated? Really, I do not think that means what you think it does.
And considering that humility is considered a virtuous state, I really doubt that he has managed to acquire it even if the shop had intended to foist it upon him.
The fact that this abomination of a case is actually set for trial is Exhibit A in the case for far-reaching tort reform.
Excellent. I hope he wins. Not because the lawsuit has merit but to show the idiocy of sex discrimination lawsuits in general. Were it a woman sueing over something everyone would champion her cause, however ridiculous. Now it’s a man and he’s smeared all over the place…
