By reader acclaim: Divorced man sues wedding photographer

by Walter Olson on November 4, 2011

“Although the marriage did not last, plaintiff’s fury over the quality of the photos and video continued on.” The photographer defendant thinks the demand for $48,000 to re-stage the wedding is a bit much, especially given that the former bride has thought to have returned to her native Latvia. Beyond the obvious need for Loser Pays here, this case is an example of misusng the courts as an agent for stalking of the beautiful ex-wife, who has fled the US to parts unknown in Latvia.

I am sure her divorce papers contain some interesting reading.
