The gun owner should have filed a counter claim for the cost of cleanup and emotional distress due to someone being fatally stupid in his home.
An minimally honest judge in Massachusetts… who would have thought this possible?
Now if only the idiot crook’s estate would be required to “Loser Pays” the cost of their vile litigation, reimbursing the legal defense of the homeowner and the manufacturer, then a Nirvana of True Justice will have been achieved.
