You didn’t think it was going to stop with humans, did you?     The same reason that police can leave their cars running unattended, but you cannot. The same reason why police can talk on radios and work on laptops while driving but you cannot speak on a cell phone. The same reason why you get a ticket for speeding and the families of police do not.
