I’m not sure I get the DUI thing. How does it help a client in a divorce if the ex gets a DUI?

I would think it would provide a lot of leverage with Custody issues.
These magnificent attorney will get the usual minimal wrist slap, if anything.
I doubt she will miss a days pay.
dad gets a dui, mom gets the kids, because dad is obviously a drunk.
