I wouldn’t nitpick except that it seems so unusual for you to make this mistake. It’s “work they’re doing,” not “work their doing.”
That was part of the quoted material picked up in cut and paste. However, I’ve fixed it now in the spirit of fixing others’ typos.
Don’t correct their errors. “Sic” ’em, and let their mistakes shine!
