No doubt this is just the first step into turning “Escape From New York” into a reality show.
Hey… a 200′ wall around NYC sounds like a good beginning. I nominate Detroit and Chicago to go next. It’d probably help NOLA as much as the rest of the country, too.
I’m also for one-way gates around CA… you can leave, but you can’t enter.
