  • In the matter of the retyped Severance agreement, it looks like the the copy had the HR reps signature attached. I would think that would constitute fraud. Certainly, the company had never agreed to those terms.

    Seems the ‘fair’ thing to do would be to let her sue, but take back the severance and jail her for grand thief through fraud.
