Maybe the loose talk about the Supreme Court having done away with company-wide class actions in Wal-Mart v. Dukes was just so much loose talk. I explain at Cato at Liberty.

Senator Al Franken is a very smart and good guy. It pained me when his lawyer thugs friends made a fool of him in the Halliburton vs. Jamie Leigh Jones matter. He went on to say he did not understand the role of wind at the World Trade Center site. Toxic air that was continuously refreshed? Put in Dukes and one has to wonder about the concept of intelligence.
